Cookie policy
Hoog stores on your device only what is strictly necessary for the website to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
In force from 27 October 2026
Draft: this text has to be reviewed by a lawyer and the details in square brackets still need to be filled in.
Informational translation. The Polish version is binding.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. In this policy we call both “cookies”.
2. What we use
- hoog.lang (cookie) – remembers the language you chose for the website. Set when you choose a language. Valid for 12 months.
- hoog.token (local storage) – keeps you logged in. Set when you log in, removed when you log out.
In the Hoog and Hoog Plus apps, login data is kept in the phone operating system’s secure storage.
The website’s fonts are served from our own server, and the website does not load scripts or content from other companies (such as analytics tools, adverts or social media plugins). Payment takes place on Stripe’s page, where Stripe’s cookie policy applies.
3. Why we do not ask for consent
The law does not require consent for storing information that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, such as logging in or choosing a language. That is why the website does not show a consent banner. If we ever add other kinds of cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
4. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”. If you block them, the website will not remember your language and logging in will stop working.
You can read more about how we process data in the Privacy policy.
